- 2 1/2 c. croutons (seasoned)
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. Italian sausage
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place croutons in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Brown sausage; cool. Place sausage and cheese on top of croutons.

3Beat eggs, mustard and 2 cups milk together.

4Pour over meat and cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.
