  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 large or 4 small eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. crumbled sausage, cooked and drained

    Cook sausage; then add cheese.

    Beat milk and eggs.

    Add to sausage mix; then pour into pie shell.

    Cook 45 minutes or until firm at 350°.
