- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, salt and lemon rind.

2Cut in margarine with pastry blender.

3Dissolve yeast in warm water.

4Add to dry mixture.

5Add eggs and milk.

6Let rise in greased bowl.

7Punch down; let rest 10 minutes.

8Separate bread into small balls, enough to fit muffin tin.

9Let rise again.

10Bake at 400° until brown.

11Mix cinnamon and 1 cup sugar.

12Dip top of rolls in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
