Breakfast Sausage Egg Bake

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 9 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain. Add soup. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper, then add to sausage mix. Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
