- 1 tsp. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. flax seed
- 1 tsp. chia seed
- 1 tsp. vitamin powder
- 1 packet pre-biotics/probiotics
- 1 tsp. Saigon cinnamon
- 1 tsp. carrot
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 C skim milk
Directions

1Fill the bottom of your blender with a portion of milk, just enough to cover the bottom and avoid seeds getting stuck to the bottom/top when blending. Add all ingredients, finish by pouring the remainder of milk into the blender. Blend until liquified, about 2 minutes.
