  • 3/4 C. Tuscan kale
  • 1 tsp. oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. flax seed
  • 1 tsp. chia seed
  • 1 tsp. vitamin powder
  • 1 packet pre-biotics/probiotics
  • 1 tsp. Saigon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. carrot
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 C skim milk

    Fill the bottom of your blender with a portion of milk, just enough to cover the bottom and avoid seeds getting stuck to the bottom/top when blending. Add all ingredients, finish by pouring the remainder of milk into the blender. Blend until liquified, about 2 minutes.
