  • 1 hash browns 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1 diced green and red peppers
  • 1 one small onion chopped
  • 1 cooking spray or two tablespoons bacon drippings
  • 1 three eggs
  • 1 one half can diced tomatoes
  • 1 salt and pepprr to taste

    in a large skillet spray cooking spray or add bacon grease over a medium flame add potatoes , onions, and peppers and ham cook for about 15 min until potatoes are tender

    lower flame slightly.

    and crack eggs over skillet if sunny side up cover skillet.

    about 5-7 minute s until eggs set garnish with tomatoes and serve immediately
