  • 4 ounces, fluid Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1/2 cups Blueberries, Organic, Frozen
  • 1/2 cups Raspberries, Organic, Frozen
  • 4 whole Strawberries, Organic, Frozen
  • 1/4 cups Quick Oats (uncooked)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions

    Add all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a beautiful glass and enjoy! Quick and easy breakfast.

    Note: I've made this with different fruits, without the honey and cinnamon, with non-fat milk instead of orange juice-the variations are endless. This version is my favorite.
