Breakfast Souffle

Ingredients
- 10 slices bread
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (your preference)
- 8 slices bacon, sausage or ham, cooked and cut up
Directions

1Prepare 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Cut a circle from the center of each slice of bread.

3Tear crusts and place in baking dish.

4Spread cooked meat and shredded cheese over torn bread.

5Place bread circles on top.

6In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs and milk; pour over ingredients in baking dish.

7Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

8Preheat oven to 350°.

9Bake souffle approximately 1/2 hour, covered.

10Remove foil and bake about another 1/2 hour or until golden brown.

11Serves 4.
