  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
  • 1 pkg. turkey breakfast sausage, browned
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. white wine

Directions

    Layer bread, cheese and chopped sausage in a rectangular casserole dish and then repeat.

    Mix eggs, milk and mustard together.

    Pour over top with mushrooms.
