- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1 pkg. turkey breakfast sausage, browned
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. white wine
Directions

1Layer bread, cheese and chopped sausage in a rectangular casserole dish and then repeat.

2Mix eggs, milk and mustard together.

3Pour over top with mushrooms.
