- 1 lb. sausage
- 7 eggs
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2In bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings (with wire whisk).

3Add bread cubes, grated cheese and meat.

4Stir.

5Pour into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

8Serve warm.
