  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 7 eggs
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

    Brown and drain sausage.

    In bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings (with wire whisk).

    Add bread cubes, grated cheese and meat.

    Stir.

    Pour into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
