- 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked and diced
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
Directions

1Place buttered diced bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, then sprinkle cooked bacon (sausage) as a second layer.

2Sprinkle cheese as a third layer.

3Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard; pour over layered ingredients.

4Let set overnight in refrigerator.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
