- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Remove crust and spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Cut bread into cubes.

2Place in a buttered 8 x 12-inch pan.

3Beat eggs well.

4Add cream, salt and pepper.

5Pour over bread cubes. Spread cheese on top.

6Let stand at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
