  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated

    Cook sausage.

    Cool.

    Cut crusts from bread and cube.

    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350°.

    Can be mixed the night before and put in refrigerator.
