  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 9 eggs
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • Dash of salt

Directions

    Leave the bread out to dry. In the meantime, cook the sausage and crumble it.

    Cube the bread and put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with dry mustard, and the sausage. Beat the eggs with milk and salt,a nd pour over the bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, put it on the counter for 20 - 30 minutes, to bring it to room temperature.

    In the meantime, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the casserole for 35 minutes, or until set.
