- 8 slices firm white bread (i.e., Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 lb. bacon, ham, sausage or veggies
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Cube bread and cover bottom of a 13 1/2 x 9-inch glass baking dish with the cubes.

2Layer cooked bacon, diced ham, sauteed veggies or sausage over bread.

3Sprinkle cheese on top of meat or veggies.

4In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.

5Pour into baking dish.

6Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
