- 4 scoops whey protein, Bio-Chem's Whey Protein natural vanilla flavor
- 1 1 cup peaches or 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon green stevia powder
- 14 ounces water
- 2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice, Knudsen Just Cranberry
Directions

1Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed and mix until smooth and frothy.
