  • 4 scoops whey protein, Bio-Chem's Whey Protein natural vanilla flavor
  • 1 1 cup peaches or 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon green stevia powder
  • 14 ounces water
  • 2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice, Knudsen Just Cranberry

Directions

    Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed and mix until smooth and frothy.

    Note: as a variation don't use blackberries (you'll end up with a mouthful of seeds you'll have to spit out)!
