Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter (butter only)
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Melt over low heat butter and cocoa.

    Remove from heat.

    Add sugar, then eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

    Add cake flour, vanilla and pecans.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
