- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Brick Cheese, cut in half horizontally
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brandy, warmed
- 1 lemon, cut in half crosswise
Directions

1Beat egg lightly in shallow dish; set aside.

2Combine bread crumbs and caraway seed in separate shallow dish.

3Dip cheese into egg, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides.

4Melt butter in skillet on medium heat.

5Add cheese.

6Cook 2 min.

7on each side or just until lightly browned on both sides.

8Place cheese in very hot ceramic or other heatproof dish.

9Top with brandy; carefully ignite brandy.

10Squeeze lemon over flaming cheese to douse.

11Serve with assorted Christie Crackers.
