Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. dry precooked rice
- 1 (28 oz.) can Aylmer tomatoes
- 1 (19 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in frying pan.

2Cook onion and green pepper until tender.

3Add ham and brown lightly.

4Remove from heat and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

5Place dry rice in buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

6Top with tomatoes and ham mixture.

7Cover with corn.

8Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 35 minutes.
