- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix jello and boiling water.

2Set aside to cool (do not jell). Mix cheese, sugar and mayonnaise.

3Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.

4Fold in Cool Whip.

5Gently stir in gelatin mixture until well blended.

6Let set until firm.

7Serves 6.
