  • 1 tsp. parsley or dill
  • round French bread
  • wheel of Brie
  • 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • day-old Wonder white bread

Directions

    Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

    Taste for flavor and add more cheese, if needed.

    Spread the mixture on bread and toast under the broiler until melted and slightly brown.

    Cut bread into quarters and serve immediately.
