- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 oz. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 oz. ground Prosciutto ham
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 1/2 oz. white wine
- 1 oz. butter
- 3 whole raw chicken breasts
Directions

1Cut breasts in halves.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Slice into thin pieces and pound between waxed paper.

4Dip chicken into mixture of salt, pepper, sage and flour.

5Brown garlic; remove.

6Saute chicken until brown; remove.

7Add ham, mushrooms and onion to pan and cook until tender.

8Return chicken to pan and add wine.

9Simmer for 5 minutes.

10Add butter and remove from heat.
