- 1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 34 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup butter
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast in warm water.

2Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and cut in cold butter.

3Add the eggs and yeast and mix until smooth.

4Drop into greased and floured large muffin cups, approximately 3 tablespoons, and let rise until doubled in bulk.

5Bake in 450 degree F oven for 8 minutes.

6Brush with water and serve warm.
