- 1 large brisket
- 4 slices onions
- 1 bottle Figaro liquid smoke

1Trim as much fat from brisket as possible.

2Slice 2 onions into rings and lay in large roaster.

3Put brisket in.

4Top with 2 more sliced onions.

5Pour bottle of figaro liquid smoke over brisket.

6Cover closely.

7Bake at 325° for 6 to 8 hours (overnight).

8Let sit for 1 to 2 hours, then remove from juice. Throw onions and juice away.

9Slice thinly.

10Serve with barbecue sauce.
