- 2 oz. soy sauce
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
- 1 clove garlic, cut up
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Soak brisket in mixture of all other ingredients for 24 hours, turning once or twice.

2Bake at 300° for 4 to 5 hours.
