Ingredients

  • 1 whole brisket
  • Season-All to taste
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 onion, sliced or quartered
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • carrots, cut in pieces

Directions

    Trim brisket.

    Season with Season-All; wrap in aluminum foil. Cover completely.

    Put in oven and let cook at 375° for 1 hour. Cut and let sit for 1/2 hour.

    Take juice from meat and make sauce with butter and flour.

    Bring to boil.

    Add tomato paste,

    onion, carrots and green pepper.

    Saute until cooked.

    Use as garnish over meat.

    Pour sauce over meat and serve.
