- 1 whole brisket
- Season-All to taste
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 onion, sliced or quartered
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- carrots, cut in pieces
Directions

1Trim brisket.

2Season with Season-All; wrap in aluminum foil. Cover completely.

3Put in oven and let cook at 375° for 1 hour. Cut and let sit for 1/2 hour.

4Take juice from meat and make sauce with butter and flour.

5Bring to boil.

6Add tomato paste,

7onion, carrots and green pepper.

8Saute until cooked.

9Use as garnish over meat.

10Pour sauce over meat and serve.
