  • 6 medium Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 small onion, cut in quarters
  • 3 garlic gloves, peeled
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • Pinch paprika
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups shredded brisket
  • Vegetable oil for frying
