  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian style)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts

    Drain water from broccoli;

    add butter and cream cheese to broccoli and heat until melted.

    Add chopped water chestnuts to broccoli

    mixture. Line a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with artichoke hearts.

    Pour broccoli mixture over artichoke hearts.
