- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian style)
- 1 can artichoke hearts

2broccoli according to package directions.

3Drain water from broccoli;

4add butter and cream cheese to broccoli and heat until melted.

5Add chopped water chestnuts to broccoli

6mixture. Line a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with artichoke hearts.

7Pour broccoli mixture over artichoke hearts.

9Parmesan cheese over broccoli.

10Pour bread crumbs on top of dish.

11Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
