  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all, except corn muffin mix, then add mix.

    Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut in small wedges.
