- 2 c. multigrain cereal, crushed to 1 c.
- 2 tsp. margarine, melted
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 c. frozen sliced carrots
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- paprika
Directions

1Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Combine cereal with margarine.

2Set aside for topping.

3Thaw broccoli and carrots.

4Drain broccoli well.

5Spread vegetables in prepared baking dish.

6Stir together soup and milk.

7Pour over vegetables.

8Sprinkle evenly with topping.

9Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
