Broccoli Carrot Bake

  • 2 c. multigrain cereal, crushed to 1 c.
  • 2 tsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • paprika

Directions

    Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Combine cereal with margarine.

    Set aside for topping.

    Thaw broccoli and carrots.

    Drain broccoli well.

    Spread vegetables in prepared baking dish.

    Stir together soup and milk.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Sprinkle evenly with topping.

    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
