Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 well beaten eggs

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to directions on box.

    Drain.

    Put broccoli in casserole dish.

    Combine and blend mayonnaise, soup, cheese and eggs.

    Pour mixture over broccoli.

    Top with Pepperidge Farm dressing with herbs.

    Melt 3/4 stick of margarine and pour on the top.

    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown on top at 400°.
