Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium saucepan, cook broccoli by directions on package, then drain.

3In a large skillet, saute 1/2 cup oleo, onions and mushrooms.

4Cook until tender.

5Add soup, flour and cheese.

6Stir well.

7Combine mixture with broccoli and mix well.

8Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, melt remaining 1/2 cup margarine.

9Add cracker crumbs and mix well.

10Top casserole with crumbs.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
