  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 10 oz. pkg. onion/garlic croutons
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook broccoli in water until cooked.

    Melt butter to liquid. Beat eggs.

    Add all the ingredients together, stir it thoroughly. Bake at 350° in any baking pan until top is browned and casserole is lightly moist.
