Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 boxes broccoli flowerets
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water (added to soup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1/2 bag sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Let cool slightly.

    Heat soup with water.

    Let cool.

    Beat eggs and add to soup.

    Add mayonnaise to soup mixture.

    Melt margarine and add dressing.

    Layer broccoli, some dressing, some cheese and part of soup mixture.

    Then layer the rest.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.

    Cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until brown.
