- 1 1/2 lb. broccoli (two 10 oz. frozen broccoli)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Defrost and cook broccoli according to directions on package. Put in casserole dish.

2Mix soup and milk.

3Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.

4Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.

5Bake at 400° for 20 minutes uncovered.
