Broccoli Casserole

  • 10 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 30 to 35 Ritz crackers

Directions

    Prepare broccoli according to directions (no salt, however). Drain well, reserving 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the liquid.

    Stir into the broccoli the reserved liquid, the cheese and 1/2 stick of margarine until all is melted and combined.

    Pour into an ungreased casserole.

    Crumble the crackers; stir in the other 1/2 stick of margarine, melted.

    Sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned lightly.
