- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. uncooked instant rice
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. broth from broccoli
Directions

1Cook broccoli as directed on the bag; drain, saving 1/2 cup of broth.

2In a medium size casserole dish, combine rice, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, broccoli and broth; stir until well blended.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until rice is well cooked.
