  • 2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
  • margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain (omit salt).

    Place in buttered dish and dot with margarine.

    Mix together cheese, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and egg.

    Pour over broccoli and mix slightly. Sprinkle with stuffing crumbs.

    Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
