Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cook until tender
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 or 4 green onions, minced
  • Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 stack or roll Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Cut broccoli in small bite-size pieces and lay in lightly greased pan or dish.

    Mix cream of mushroom, mayonnaise and green onion.

    Pour over broccoli.

    Cut Velveeta in slices and lay over top of broccoli and sauce.

    Mix together melted butter and crumbled Ritz crackers.

    Pour over cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
