- 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cook until tender
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 or 4 green onions, minced
- Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 stack or roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Cut broccoli in small bite-size pieces and lay in lightly greased pan or dish.

2Mix cream of mushroom, mayonnaise and green onion.

3Pour over broccoli.

4Cut Velveeta in slices and lay over top of broccoli and sauce.

5Mix together melted butter and crumbled Ritz crackers.

6Pour over cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
