Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 small pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta is great)
  • 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Place broccoli in colander and run hot water over it for a few minutes.

    Put broccoli in casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Place onion on top of broccoli.
  4. 4
    Top with soup and milk (best if mixed together first). Top with cheese.

    Melt butter and pour into cracker crumbs.

    Stir until all crumbs are coated, then pour on top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
