- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 large slices Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 stick Parkay margarine
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 small can evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook broccoli in water until thawed.

2Cook Minute rice as directed.

3Mix cheese, margarine, onion and cream of mushroom soup.

4Heat together just until cheese melts.

5Combine broccoli, rice and cheese mixture and bake in buttered dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
