  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 large slices Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 stick Parkay margarine
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook broccoli in water until thawed.

    Cook Minute rice as directed.
  3. 3
    Mix cheese, margarine, onion and cream of mushroom soup.

    Heat together just until cheese melts.

    Combine broccoli, rice and cheese mixture and bake in buttered dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
