  • 2 pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. hot water
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 pkg. croutons

Directions

    Prepare broccoli; spread drained broccoli in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Cook one stick butter, flour, bouillon cubes and milk until thick.

    Use double boiler if you wish.

    Top broccoli with cream sauce.

    Mix water, 6 tablespoons butter and croutons. Spread this over the broccoli and sauce.

    Bake at 350°.
