- 2 pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. hot water
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 pkg. croutons
Directions

1Prepare broccoli; spread drained broccoli in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Cook one stick butter, flour, bouillon cubes and milk until thick.

3Use double boiler if you wish.

4Top broccoli with cream sauce.

5Mix water, 6 tablespoons butter and croutons. Spread this over the broccoli and sauce.

6Bake at 350°.
