- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 stick butter, divided
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook frozen broccoli until tender; drain and cut into chunks. Place in a buttered, 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/2 stick of butter.

2Stir to melt; then add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese.

3Cut into chunks to aid melting.

4Stir well.

5Crumble the crackers and add to other 1/2 stick of butter.

6Put buttered crumbs on top of broccoli mixture and bake at 350° until bubbly.
