Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 1 or 2 bags Success rice, cooked
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • saltines, crushed

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to package directions.

    Saute onion in margarine until tender.

    Mix drained broccoli and onion with remaining ingredients.

    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch casserole at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Spread crushed saltines over top; drizzle with 1/2 stick melted margarine.
