Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or cook the fresh if desired
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can potato soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli until just a little crisp.

    Combine potato soup and sour cream.

    Add to broccoli and mix.

    Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
