  • 1 pound Broccoli, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 stick Butter, Cut Into Pats
  • Ground Pepper To Taste
  • 1 package (about 4 Oz. Sleeve) Ritz Crackers

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 dish with cooking spray.

    Steam brocoli for 7 minutes. After its steamed, place in a bowl of ice water.

    In a small frying pan, mix together soup, eggs, mayo, cheese, butter and pepper. Cook over medium to low heat until well combined.

    Drain broccoli. Spread broccoli into the dish evenly. Pour the cheese mixture over the broccoli. Crush crackers, sprinkle over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
