- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Directions

1In large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, soup, Velveeta and 1 cup onions; mix well.

2Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4Top with remaining onions and continue baking 5 minutes.
