- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. ham (small chunks)
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 row Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook broccoli and drain.

2Mix soup, 3/4 cup cheese, onions and ham together thoroughly.

3Now fold in broccoli.

4In separate bowl, melt butter and mix in cracker crumbs.

5Mix well.

6Take half of crust mixture and spread over bottom of baking dish.

7Pour in soup mixture.

8Take remaining crust and smooth over top.

9Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

10Bake between 375° to 425° for approximately 30 minutes.
