Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 20 to 30 oz. cooked broccoli (may use 2 large pkg. Green Giant frozen with cheese)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 5 to 6 Velveeta wedges, 1/2-inch square

Directions

    Tenderize the onion and celery in bacon.

    Combine all ingredients except Velveeta.

    Pour into baking dish. Pinch wedges into broccoli mixture until covered. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
