- frozen or fresh broccoli
- Velveeta cheese
- milk
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- margarine
- crackers
Directions

1Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch dish with margarine.

2Cook broccoli and drain well.

3Make layers of broccoli, flour, thin pats of margarine, salt, pepper and Velveeta cheese strips. Continue layers until dish is full.

4Pour 1 cup of milk over casserole.

5Then crush 2 cups crackers and 1 stick margarine.

6Mix crackers and margarine.

7Put on top of casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
